By making a reservation you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
In consideration of my making a reservation and intending to be legally bound by this document and on behalf of myself, I assume sole responsibility for the safety of my/our person and property while I am on the property of ZG, LLC. I acknowledge that I am entering an area with limited improvements and I am here for the express purpose of enjoying the rustic outdoor environment. I understand that the paths and roadways are unpaved, that the swimming pool ranges in depth from 3 feet to 6 feet deep. I further acknowledge that the lake is 20 feet deep and may have underwater hidden roots, stumps or tree limbs and that the pool, lake and hot tub are unattended by a lifeguard or other personnel and there are no security guards on the property. Any of the above and other condition on the property may pose a risk of injury, including serious physical injury, economic losses, permanent disability or death. I acknowledge by signing this waiver and release that I am waiving my rights to hold the owners or employees of ZG, LLC liable for any of these injuries that I may sustain either as the result of my own action or omission or by engaging in any sport or activity either alone or with other persons who may be at the facility. I waive any claim at law or equity which might arise and I bind my/or heirs, executors or administrators to this agreement. I further agree to save harmless and to reimburse the owners of ZG, LLC for any award or verdict for damages, as well as counsel fees it incurs, in connection with any suit or judgement which may result from said suit caused by my own actions or omissions. I understand that ZG, LLC is an “alternative” space catering to all people and I am not offended by nude patrons. I understand that ZG, LLC has no responsibility to inform any guests or visitors of the nature of its patrons. I agree to follow all the Rules and Policies of ZG, LLC, having acknowledged receipt of a copy of those Rules. I understand that any violation of the Rules or Policies could result in a revocation of my membership any any time. I will not participate in any illegal activity. Membership dues are non-refundable. Membership is good for one recreation season ending December 31st, and annual renewal is an option offered by the corporation and is not a right.

I understand that this is the entire agreement between me and ZG, LLC to the exclusion of all previous agreements and representations, written or oral, and I acknowledge that no change in this agreement will be effective unless in writing an signed by both parties. I agree that this agreement shall be governed by the laws in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and Courts of King William County, Virginia.
